How to draw a big truck for beginners
- Draw the body and the cabin.
First of all, draw the cargo compartment of the vehicle using strict straight lines. Then sketch out the outlines of the truck driver’s cab
- Sketch the arch and add some details.
The next stage is to give the correct form to the truck cab with smooth lines. Sketch the wheel arch and the front bumper of the car. Outline the bottom of the body using auxiliary straight lines. Also depict the gas tank.
- Add the door and some other elements.
Next, you should draw the door to the driver’s cab. Here you need to add body lines as in our example.
- Draw the window and front fender of the big truck.
Create the side window and the windshield of a big truck. Create the massive front fender. Add some missing items from our instructions.
- Draw the mirror and handle.
Depict the side mirror to the big truck drawing. Next, sketch out the door handle. Mark the hook on the front bumper. There are still a few lines missing from the bottom. Be careful.
- Sketch the tires and sketch more details.
In this step, you need to draw the large wheels of the vehicle. Do this with the large circles. It is also worth drawing here the hood, rear mudguard, and body bulges.
- Detail the elements.
Draw the smaller circles on the wheels. These will be the rims of the truck. Next, outline a few more lines on the body.

Add the rims elements, namely the mounting bolts and holes, to reduce the wheel’s weight. Also, mark the center hub holes.
- Detail the bottom.
At this stage, you should pay attention to the bottom of the big truck. Draw the springs, the propeller shaft, and some additional bumper lines.
